Making the Most of Motherhood

Arlington Early Childhood PTA (AECPTA) is an organization designed for mothers and their families with children from birth through age five. AECPTA strives to meet the needs of stay-at-home moms and their children by offering weekly social events and activities as well as community service projects. This provides a support network for mothers, giving them and their young children interaction and a close network of friends!

Anyone who has raised kids can tell you the joys and struggles this full-time job can bring. AECPTA wants to provide mothers with a fun outlet of activities and friends so that their journey through motherhood is the most positive one it can be. Our slogan is “Making the Most of Motherhood,” which we hope to help each and every mother accomplish.

While mothers and their children are the primary attendees at our weekly activities, the group also works to incorporate fathers. We have monthly “Family Fun Days” to get them involved in making life-long friends with other families in the Arlington community. The goal is to strengthen the family as a whole through activities that dad can be a part of too. If you have been looking for a way to get involved with your whole family, this a great opportunity!

AECPTA is a member of the National PTA*.
